Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the zeven.ai website, the Lucy portal, and related services (the "Services"), operated by ZEVEN AG, a Swiss stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) with registered office at Grafenauweg 8, 6300 Zug, Switzerland ("ZEVEN", "we", "us"). 2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Services are intended for people 18 or older. The Lucy portal is currently in beta. Accounts are personal and are created by signing up with your email address. You sign in with a single-use link sent to your email address; keep access to that mailbox secure and notify us without undue delay at hello@zeven.ai of any suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Beta participants additionally accept the Beta Tester Agreement.

3. The Services

The Lucy portal lets you build a personal training profile with Lucy, ZEVEN's athletic-intelligence assistant. You can upload an archive of your training history (a single .zip export from platforms such as Strava or Garmin), connect supported device platforms for ongoing synchronization (currently Garmin, which we connect to directly, and Wahoo, Hammerhead, Strava, and TrainingPeaks, via our integration partner Terra), and connect Lucy to an AI assistant of your choice (currently Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Grok) through a personal connection link.

Your AI assistant is your own. Your relationship with the AI platform you connect (including its subscription, terms, and privacy policy) is between you and that provider. When you ask your assistant about your training, your training data is made available to that assistant to answer you.

Beta and fair use. The Services are under active development: features may change, pause, or be removed, and we may apply reasonable technical limits (upload size, rate limits, capacity) to keep the Services stable and secure.

4. The Website and Demo Chat

The zeven.ai website offers a free demo chat with Lucy so you can see what she does. Answers are generated with Anthropic's Claude models via our servers. Demo conversations are for information purposes, are limited in length, are rate-limited, and are not stored after your session; details are in the Privacy Policy and on the Privacy Choices page. Do not use the demo chat to submit sensitive personal data, to attempt to extract other people's data, or in automated ways (scraping, bulk requests).

5. Acceptable Use

Upload only data that is yours or that you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to disrupt the Services, probe or circumvent security or rate limits anywhere in the Services, access other users' data, or use the Services to violate applicable law.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the training data you upload or synchronize. You grant ZEVEN the license needed to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the Services to you. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account page ("Delete my Account"); deletion is permanent. Details on data handling are in the Privacy Policy.

7. No Medical or Professional Advice

Lucy provides training insights for information purposes. The Services do not provide medical advice and are no substitute for the judgment of a physician or qualified coach. Consult a professional before making health decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services — including the website, Lucy, and the ZEVEN brand, designs, and content — belong to ZEVEN AG or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the Services. Your training data remains yours, as described in section 6.

9. Warranty and Liability

The beta Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ZEVEN is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence; liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, and loss of data or profit is excluded.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate beta access with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of abuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer forums.
