Privacy Choices

This page is the control surface for how zeven.ai handles your data. Your current settings are shown at the bottom and take effect immediately.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not "share" it as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines sharing.
• We do not use targeted advertising, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking. No third party collects personal information about your activity across other websites through zeven.ai.
• The only cookies in our Services are strictly necessary ones (the sign-in session cookie, set when you sign in to the beta, and a short-lived cookie while you connect Garmin) and the analytics cookies governed by the switch below.

Analytics

We use two tools, both governed by the one switch below: Google Analytics 4 (sets the _ga cookies; does not log or store IP addresses) and Contentsquare (Hotjar — heatmaps and session replays of how pages are used, with typed input masked; sets the _cs cookies). Switching analytics off also removes the Google Analytics and Contentsquare cookies from your browser. Where you live decides the default:

• EEA and United Kingdom — analytics is off until you accept it in the cookie banner.
• Switzerland and everywhere else — analytics is on by default and you can switch it off below at any time.

We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends either signal, analytics does not run at all — no action needed. When session replay is enabled it runs under the same choice, and everything you type is masked.

Marketing emails

The waitlist form asks separately whether you want product updates — the box is never pre-ticked. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option where present or email privacy@zeven.ai and we will remove you.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing — the full list is in the Privacy Policy. Write to privacy@zeven.ai; we may verify the request via the email address on record and aim to respond within 30 days. Exercising your rights never changes how we treat you. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf.

Beta account holders can permanently delete their account and all training data with Delete my Account on the portal's account page.
